Job Summary:
Professional Systems Engineer in the field of Production Systems, Professional Audio Visual Systems, and, Cinema Systems. Responsible for review project design drawings, coordinate with design agency for their compliance to project scope of design.
Duties & responsibilities
- Work with design / engineering team as a System designer.
- Review design engineering documents.
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Pre-sales activity
- Execution and implementation support and estimations
- Site surveys
- System design and configuration
- Prepare professional project documentation
- Attends meetings, workshops, training, and seminars for the purpose of gathering information required to perform job functions
- Manages, coordinates activities, to maintain client satisfaction
- Liaison with client to ensure timely response to customer needs
- Handle assigned tasks and activities
- Adhere to internal process, policies, and procedures
- Professional reporting weekly, monthly, and annually as necessary
